Relationship status: Lauren Goodger hints AGAIN that she has reconciled with jailbird ex Joey Morrison… as she says she might be spending Christmas with his family
Speaking to Closer, Lauren, 31, said: ‘We’re still mates. There’s no bad blood.
‘I’m still mates with Joey and his family and I see them all the time. Will I spend Christmas with them? We’ll have to see what happens.’
It’s unclear why Lauren would opt to spend the holiday with her ex’s family over her own; especially having only dated him for around a year (they split in July).
Although she did say that she would rather spend it with friends as her and her family ‘don’t really know each other’.
Joey is currently locked up in HMP Highpoint South prison after being convicted of violent and drug-related charges having been found in possession of £10,000 in cash and £60,000 worth of cocaine.
He is set to be released next year.

Lauren added: ‘My last relationship [with Mark Wright] was toxic. I jumped straight into a relationship with [her ex] Jake Mclean and that turned out to be toxic too.’
She has been known to say of Joey that she thinks he will be a good father and that she’d like to have ‘as many children as I can’.
A year ago, she and Joey sparked engagement rumours when he gifted her with a ring. But their relationship was thought to be over for good during the summer.
However, she admitted that she was still on speaking terms with Joey, following the end of their 15-month romance in September.
Lauren even hinted that she and the convict were actually back together, after enjoying a night out with his sister.
Lauren took to Instagram to share a number of snaps with Joey’s pregnant sibling Char, and even referred to herself as ‘Auntie LG’ – indicating that she may have reconciled with her ex.

Lauren fuelled rumours that she and her ex have reunited by enjoying a glamorous night out in Chigwell, Essex for the birthday of Joey’s sister.
Clad in a chic black co-ord with a striking white trim, Lauren looked more than happy to be present at the celebrations, as she cuddled up to the pregnant beauty for a sweet snap on Instagram.
With Joey’s sibling proudly cradling her blossoming baby bump, the TV personality was also quick to gush of her excitement for the new arrival to her followers.
She wrote in the caption beside the beaming snap: ‘Happy Birthday baby sis @miss_morrissonx can’t wait to meet the princess.’
Proving her close relationship with the family further, she then added the intimate hashtag: ‘Auntie LG.’

Lauren confirmed in September that she and Joey had broken up, after weeks of swirling split rumours.
MailOnline has contacted Lauren’s representatives for comment.
Having enjoyed a 15-month romance, the reality star recently confessed to her followers that she and Joey were still on speaking terms, and planned to see each other when he is released from prison.
However, Lauren broke down when setting things straight about her crumbled romance with the jailbird on Loose Women the following month.
Joey and accomplice, Marvin Russell Jacobs, were sentenced to 16 years in jail for a series of drugs-related and violence charges.
Special day: She also shared a sweet tribute to his sister on her Instagram story
‘He was meant to come out, last year, in November and things were great,’ she explained, composed at first. ‘But where things got set back, it put strain on us. I couldn’t wait no more. It was too much pressure.’
Despite sharing hopes that she would marry and have children with him, Lauren’s dreams were snatched out of reach when his sentence was extended.
‘I was going out and drinking,’ she said, of her coping methods. ‘It was mentally draining. And I don’t want to bad mouth him – it was a lot of pressure for him too.’
